Play • 53 min

Presented by: Dr Alicia James
When: Wednesday 28 November, 2018

Intoeing is a common reason for presentation to a Paediatric clinician, parents are typically very concerned with the aesthetics of their child’s gait pattern and plagued with thoughts of significant arthridities and physical limitations occurring later in life.

Whilst the ‘gait pattern’ is the primary concern, it is only the ‘symptom’ of a diagnosis that needs to be made. This Podcast will discuss the requirements of a thorough assessment, potential diagnoses, the potential management options and…. lack of management options.
