However, a lover of all styles, his kryptonite is a West Coast IPA. Aaron is often *Nathan’s sidekick*, giggling alongside him when he enters those famous rabbit holes while Geoff tries desperately to swerve the show back on track. His favourite craft beer at the moment = anything rammed with hops and is opaque.

You’ll hear me giggling inanely about most things but am a bit of an eco-warrior and social justice advocate so I can make some fair points sometimes! I was introduced to the world of beer with fruity IPA’s like Clockwork Orange and Disco Forklift Truck but now (especially on those dark nights) you’ll find me with a thick tasty Chocolate Porter in hand.

* *Boa* and *Constrictor* by Wander Beyond Brewing (American IPA) – Both 6.8% ABV
Wander Beyond brewed two IPAs to test the flavour differences we can achieve by different processing techniques. Boa and Constrictor both followed the same recipe and hop schedule but Boa was brewed into a tall uni-tank and Constrictor into a dish bottomed fermenter. Boa remained in the uni-tank between brew day and packaging, while Constrictor was moved between three vessels to try and enhance the effects of the separate processing methods. Boa has a slightly more bitter, yet punchier hop profile whilst Constrictor is lighter, rounded and juicy.

Sean and Jeremy from the Pine Ridge Brewing Company join us on the Beer n BS Show. They discuss the planned opening of the brewery as things get a little crazy right from the get go - before going on to find about squirrel corpses being used as mobile phone cases and the last furry thing they have touched.
