In a time where the majority of us are undoubtedly using alcohol to soothe our weary and nervous minds, The Two Jess(es) sit down with special guest, Martha Carucci, creator of the blog Sobrietease (www.sobrietease.wordpress.com) and author of Sobrietease (https://www.amazon.com/Sobrietease-Martha-Carucci/dp/0692686908/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=sobrietease&qid=1585406822&sr=8-1) and her upcoming sequel, Sobrietease II: Make it a Double to talk about...ALCOHOL.

This episode goes deep into Martha's struggle with addiction to alcohol, the moment she finally surrendered to her own personal truth, and celebrates the community of women that brought her to her nearly eight years (and still going strong) of sobriety. Martha offers the retelling of her own experience as a beautiful example of the strength it takes to turn one's own 'mess into a message' in a way that certainly will leave you feeling accepted, strengthened and inspired.
