Whether you’re dealing with sales, negotiations, partnerships, or your personal life, it’s important to remember that everyone has a unique personality type, and to effectively connect with others we need to adapt to what theirs is.
There are several personality assessments you can take such as the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, or the DISC assessments, those require someone to answer a lengthy questionnaire to give you a detailed report. This isn’t practical in the moment of an interaction with someone.
So what’s the solution?
There’s a simple personality framework that can be described by the acronym STARE
S – Stability
T – Technical
A – Action
R – Relationships
E – Expressive
