Listening is one of the most impactful and important/critical skillsets a leader can have. Leaders and even people in general, do things that give a signal that they don’t care about your answers. If you are this type of person or leader, you might want to stay tuned because this is very detrimental to any organization or group because it greatly affects the morale of your people and the culture of your organization.
