If you're on the Northeastern Seaboard, like me, then we once again begin the transition into colder weather. And for those of you in other parts of the world, you are still in for a special treat that I've prepared this week. We are going to dive into a quick introductory meditation. So if you are familiar with the practice, or brand new, this meditation was designed to bring you to a sound, calm state of being -to let your body and mind know that it's time to rest for the new day ahead.
