Hello and welcome to Day 2 of the *The Challenging Times Challenge*.

My name is Mio Yokoi and I work as a registered psychotherapist in Toronto, Canada and I am also a coach and supporter to striving highly sensitive folks everywhere.

With so much change we're all managing at this time, I thought this would be my small way of contributing.

Each day, I'll be bringing you a "challenge" so that if you're looking for ways to practice self-care during this time, these daily challenges can act as prompts for you to take care during this challenging time.

In this episode, I will be talking more about the Day One challenge, some details regarding my current routine, the need to know that this challenge is about self-care and not about productivity or doing it perfectly and details about Day Two of the challenge.

I will continue to post challenges as long as it’s relevant and we’re experiencing this particular challenging time for us all.
