Today's episode is all about planning your marketing for 2021. Yep, let's face it 2020 is nearly over (and good riddance). It's time to start thinking about what comes next. For some organisations, this is a yearly ritual. A time to reflect on what has and hasn't worked and a time to think about what comes next.
But just like with any marketing, having a plan is crucial. Yes, we all know the Mike Tyson quote "everyone has a plan till they get punched in the face". But having no plan in marketing is a sure-fire way to allow procrastination to get in the way.
It's time to take the bull by the horns. We are all hoping for a better year next year. Maybe one with a little less drama. That's where planning your marketing for 2021 comes into play. This year may have been good, or bad, for your business. Either way, it's over. It's time to look forward and plan what comes next.
