Today's episode is all about marketing failures. Just like in business and in life, we all have failures. But it's not about the failures themselves. As cliché as it sounds, it's about what you learn from those mistakes.
Here's the thing, we don't know any marketers that have no failures. We know marketers who are too interested in their ego to admit to their failures, but we all have them. In fact, digital marketing is basically built on failures and lessons learnt.
It's how we test, experiment, learn and improve. Every day, it's about optimising, finding ways to make things better. But it all usually starts with finding out what works and what doesn't. Each of our failures of what doesn't work, simply helps us figure out exactly what does.
