The Agile Manifesto: Principles for ANY Profession
Play • 23 min
In 2000, a group of seventeen thought leaders in software development came together to discuss the headaches felt by the industry. While there were a lot of differing opinions, they all knew one thing: What everyone already had wasn't working. They were able to work through their disagreements and align on certain principles and values. The product of that collaboration is known as The Agile Manifesto, which we'll review in this episode. In it, you'll begin to see how the four values and twelve principles of agile software delivery could be applied to your own career and workplace, even if you work in a low-tech industry or consider yourself a luddite.
