We've covered timing, stability, documentation, and defensibility, and now it's time to speak about diversification. We touched a bit on diversification in the last episode about defensibility. The two topics are closely related.
Diversification reduces the risk for a buyer and makes the business a more attractive proposition. For example, diversification across the number of SKUs you offer, your sales channels, your international markets and your traffic sources.
