Grief Myths Busted
Play • 45 min

When it comes to dealing with grief, the journey can often feel isolating and overwhelming and part of the problem is that some people simply don't understand grief. In this episode, Cara and Rashida dive into four common grief myths and debunk them. From the common beliefs that "grief follows a predictable timeline," to more generational myths like, "grief should be kept private" they dissected and challenged them all.

Our mission is to destigmatize grief discussions by sharing our experiences, offering solace and understanding to others on similar journeys. Join us as we unravel our grief experiences and provide a safe space for your reflections.
