Trouble in Columbus : Mike Babcock Update
This past week has definitely come with some interesting news from around the league. In specific, for the Columbus Blue Jackets. There was plenty for Jason and Frank to get to on that topic and many more throughout the NHL.
To start, they talked about the recent decision made by Mike Babcock to resign as the Head Coach of the Columbus Blue Jackets. Both Frank and Jason did a deep dive into the events that led to the departure, as well as providing their opinions on the situation.
With NHL Training Camp just around the corner, they also touched on which players will be listed as a "P.T.O" heading into camp and will be competing for a roster spot for opening night in the regular season.
They also talked about the Colorado Avalanche Goaltending question marks, and what opinions they could be looking at to help out between the pipes.
Gavin Turinek also popped in for a new edition of Buy or Sell where he asked the guys about the; Alex DeBrincat projected Goal Total, the Vezina Trophy odds , and if the Vancouver Canucks could make a push for the playoffs this season.
To close out the show, Frank and Jason discussed which NHL Head coaches and executives could be on the hot seat early in the season.

The Season Is Under A Month Away
We are officially under a month away from the start of the NHL! With camps getting rolling and news still breaking, there was plenty for Jason and Frank to get to on a fresh edition of the podcast.
To start, they talked about some of the rookie camps going on around the league and if there are any teams we should be keeping an eye on. That eventually turned into a conversation about the Anaheim Ducks and Trevor Zegras, who is still sitting without a contract as the regular season creeps closer. Frank gave us an update on that situation and Gregor talked about how ridiculous it will be if he doesn’t get a long-term deal soon.
They also dug into the Jake Sanderson extension that broke last week. The Senators defenseman got himself a nice $62 million guaranteed before ever playing in his 100th career NHL game. Was this a good deal for both sides? The guys debated it.
They also talked about a pair of interesting goalie situations from both conferences and whether or not there will be some teams scouring the waiver wire for help between the pipes when training camps conclude.
Tyler also popped in for a new edition of Buy or Sell where he asked the guys about the Florida Panthers, Auston Matthews, Tage Thompson, and an interesting head-to-head bet on Betano.

Who Are The Tier One Cup Contenders?
Jason and Frank are back after another summer hiatus to break down what’s going on around the hockey world.
They started by talking about the Toronto Maple Leafs. It’s been a busy few weeks for the Leafs front office with extensions for both Auston Matthews and Sheldon Keefe getting done. What’s next? A lot of people would assume that an extension for William Nyland would be the next item for Brad Treliving to check off and Frank gave some insight into that situation.
They also listed off some teams that they think are facing some serious pressure next season and also which teams they believe are true ‘tier one’ Stanley Cup Contenders. Frank listed off ten teams and Gregor said that’s too many, which led to a good debate about a few teams, one being the LA Kings.
Tyler hopped in for a new edition of Buy or Sell where he asked the guys about some interesting betting lines that are available at Betano. Are people sleeping on the Coyotes? Can Crosby hit 30 goals? Will McDavid creep close to 60 again? Frank and Jason gave their thoughts on that.
They wrapped up the show by talking about some free agents that are still sitting unsigned, including the NHL’s iron man Phil Kessel.

How big will the Bruins step back be?
After another quick summer hiatus, Jason and Frank are back with a brand new episode of The DFO Rundown. Off the jump, the guys caught up a bit and talked about the summer coming to a close and their kids going back to school.
The big news that’s dropped since their last podcast is that David Krejci will be retiring from the league. That means the Bruins won’t have their top two centres from last season and they don’t exactly have the cap space or assets to go out and make a huge splash.
Frank walked through the hurdles that exist when it comes to a potential move for someone like Mark Schiefele. He also talked about some other reasons why the Bruins may be taking a pretty big step back next season.
The Buffalo Sabres also made a trade this week, moving Ilya Lybuschkin to the Anaheim Ducks. The Sabres now have some more flexibility and Jason brought up the possibility of them adding Patrick Kane during the season. Frank thinks that they’re a playoff team this year.
They also remembered the late Rick Jeanneret, who passed away this week at the age of 81.
Jonathan Toews made a statement and while he isn’t retiring, he announced that he’s taking some time off. Is this is for ‘Captain Serious’? Frank and Jason talked about that.
Tyler Yaremchuk then popped in for a new edition of Buy or Sell where he talked about some futures bets that are available at Betano.ca one of which involves Connor Bedard.

Erik Karlsson Trade Analysis
WE HAVE A TRADE! After a lengthy process for the San Jose Sharks, they have officially found a trade partner for Erik Karlsson. With a brand new episode of the DFO Rundown unfolding, Frank and Jason start the show by discussing the three-team deal that will send the Norris Trophy winner to the Pittsburgh Penguins. How will this trade affect all the teams involved heading into next season? Frank and Jason both provide their initial analysis of the Blockbuster trade.

Alex DeBrincat Lands in Detroit
With some news breaking in the last 24 hours, we have a brand new episode of the podcast to break it all down. Tyler filled in for Gregor today as he and Frank talked about the Alex DeBrincat trade that finally came to fruition. It seemed like Detroit was always going to be the spot he landed, so what was the hold-up? Frank gave some insight into that.
From there, they talked about the situation involving Filip Zadina in Detroit and also what the Ottawa Senators could get up to with their $5m+ in cap space. This led to some speculation about where UFA forward Vladimir Tarasenko could land.
Some other news that we got from the past week around the NHL involves Kings Captain Anze Kopitar signing a two-year extension with the club. The list of players filing for salary arbitration also came out this week. Frank gave us the cases that he finds the most intriguing.

Breaking Down Free Agency
Frank and Jason are back with a holiday Monday edition of The DFO Rundown. We are three days into NHL Free Agency and there have been plenty of headscratching moves. They guys eventually got to the signings that left them wondering what direction some teams are heading into but they started off by talking about their favourite moves from the early days of free agency.
The New York Islanders were very active, but in the wrong way. The same could be said about the Detroit Red Wings and the Pittsburgh Penguins. They went down as the losers of the day. So did teams like the Calgary Flames and Seattle Kraken, but for the opposite reasons. Those two didn’t add much and don’t look like playoff teams right now.
They also spent some time talking about the Buffalo Sabres, Carolina Hurricanes, Boston Bruins, Colorado Avalanche and New York Rangers.
Tyler hopped in with a hot take edition of Buy or Sell where he asked the guys about the Leafs, Predators, Kings, and Vladimir Tarasenko.

Free Agent Preview
Draft week in Nashville has come and gone. Heading into the week there were a lot of rumours about big trades and nothing really came to fruition as the league gathered at Bridgestone Arena. Why were things so quiet? Frank and Jason dug into that today on the pod.
We did see a few moves like the Josh Bailey trade and subsequent buyout, the trade the Blackhawks made to acquire Corey Perry’s rights, and the Oilers move to clear out cap space. Frank talked about the chances that Perry actually signs in Chicago and Jason gave some insight into the Oilers decision to move on from both Kailer Yamamoto and Klim Kostin.
From there, they talked about what they’re expecting to happen when July 1st when free agency opens. This year’s free agent class doesn’t feature a lot of high-end options, but there are plenty of useful players. They offered up a few predictions on what could happen this Saturday.
Tyler also popped in for a fresh edition of Fill in the Blank to ask the guys about JT Compher, Blake Wheeler, and the rest of the decisions that the Jets have to make.

Draft Day Primer
It’s draft day in Nashville and there is a lot going on around the NHL. We had a handful of big trades yesterday and there are still a bunch of big rumors flying around.
To kick off today’s podcast, Jason and Frank talked about where Matvei Michkov could wind up. As we draw closer to the draft, there are rumblings that he could go as high as second overall. Frank gave some insight into that and Gregor talked about why Michkov should be a top-five pick.
Frank had some new names on his trade targets board and shared those on the pod. That led to some talk about the news we did get yesterday like the Toffoli trade out of Calgary.
They also broke down the Alex Newhook trade. The guys were kind of on opposite sides when it comes to who won this deal. Frank also pointed out an interesting connection that could be the reason why the Canadiens gave up two good draft picks to bring in the former first-rounder.

We are Live in Nashville & Jarmo Kekäläinen joins the show
The crew is live in Nashville, Tennessee for a draft week edition of the podcast. There are a lot of rumors flying around as the league all convene in ‘The Music City’ for the NHL Draft.
Pierre-Luc Dubois, Kevin Hayes, and Torey Krug have all had their names thrown around over the last few days and Frank gave an update on the status of a few deals that we’ve been hearing about over the last 48 hours.
There are a handful of General Managers who will be very busy this week including Craig Conroy in Calgary, Danny Briere in Philadelphia, and Doug Armstrong in St. Louis. Frank says that there’s a chance that Armstrong moves two of the three first-round picks that he owns. Gregor gave some names that he thinks could be fits in those markets.

Decision time is looming in Calgary
We knew this summer could be a busy one for new Flames GM Craig Conroy and it’s sounding like that will be the case. To start today’s podcast, Frank gave an update on the Lindholm, Hanifin, and Backlund situations. Gregor gave his thoughts on what they should do in Calgary and floated out the idea of Conroy holding onto these assets, even if they don’t sign extensions.
From there, Frank asked Jason about what Wild GM Bill Guerin could get up to this offseason. They have a clear need down the middle, but can they afford to bring in a legit number one centreman? They dissected the cap situation in Minnesota and debated whether or not the Wild have an appetite to make a big splash. Frank also listed some other teams that will be in the market for a high-end centre this summer.

Carolina Hurricanes Assistant GM Eric Tulsky
We are back with a Monday edition of the podcast and to start things off, they dug into the Vancouver Canucks decision to buyout Oliver Ekman-Larsson. The move opens up a lot of cap space for this summer, but means his deal will be on the books for eight more seasons. Was it worth it? Frank and Jason debated it and also talked about where ‘OEL’ goes from here.

Offer Sheets & Offseason Talk
We are now officially in the offseason. Frank and Jason started the show with a little bit of talk about the Vegas Golden Knights winning The Stanley Cup and their cut-throat journey to becoming champions. Jason dismissed the idea that Golden Knights fans have had a tough six years while Frank pushed back on that.
They then dug into the offseason talk. They started with the buyout window and then went on to talk about potential offer sheets. One team that could be vulnerable: the Edmonton Oilers. Could another team be interested in targeting Evan Bouchard? They debated that.

Severson’s off the board & The Cup is in Vegas
Lord Stanley will be in the building when the puck drops on game five of The Stanley Cup Final. The Vegas Golden Knights hung on to win game four of the series in Florida and now have a chance to win their first Stanley Cup in franchise history. Frank and Jason started the show by discussing what went down in game four, the uncertainty around the Panthers’ injuries, and what they need to do to get back in this series.
The guys also broke the Damon Severson sign and trade. The offseason hasn’t even officially started yet and we have already seen a sign and trade and a three-way trade. The Blue Jackets have loaded up their blueline and now, the question is what can they do with their forward group in order to get back to the playoffs.

Breaking Down The Spring Blockbuster!
We got off-season action! It’s only the beginning of June, but this week we saw the first blockbuster of the offseason as the LA Kings, Philadelphia Flyers, and Columbus Blue Jackets pulled off a three-team trade. Jason and Frank started the podcast by breaking down what each team gained in the deal. Was this a true win-win-win? They debated it off the jump today.
The teardown is just starting in Philly, which lead to some talk about the future of Carter Hart. Frank says he’s really on the trading block while Gregor threw some cold water on one of the rumoured destinations for the Flyers goalie. The Vegas Golden Knights are now just three wins away from winning The Stanley Cup after taking down the Florida Panthers in game one of their series. Jason and Frank kicked off today’s episode by talking about the Golden Knights scoring five goals, the goaltending matchup in this series, and how Florida can bounce back.
From there, they talked about some of the high-end goalies that are on the trade market this summer. Frank gave some insight into the futures of both Connor Hellebuyck and John Gibson while Gregor speculated on where each of those two could land. BREAKING: Pittsburgh Hires Kyle Dubas as POHO
We got breaking news while we recorded today’s podcast! The Pittsburgh Penguins named Kyle Dubas their new President of Hockey Operations. Why did Dubas choose this spot? Frank and Jason gave their thoughts on that to start the show.
With a few days off before the Stanley Cup Final gets going, we got some news to chew on in the NHL. To kick off today’s podcast, Jason and Frank dug into the Brad Treliving hiring. It's time for the Coyotes to leave Arizona
The Conference Finals are finally getting underway after a few days off. Jason and Frank eventually got to previewing the two series that will decide who ultimately battles for The Stanley Cup but first, they had to dive into the story that has been dominating the hockey world for the past 72 hours: the Arizona Coyotes arena drama.

What changes are coming in Edmonton & Toronto?
The Stanley Cup will stay south of the border for another season. Both the Edmonton Oilers and Toronto Maple Leafs were eliminated from the Stanley Cup Playoffs over the weekend and now, changes could be coming in both of those markets.

The Stanley Cup Playoffs continue to roll along and every series is going to see a fifth game. The Toronto Maple Leafs were in danger of being swept last night but gutted out a victory in their series. The Carolina Hurricanes can be the first team to move on with a win tonight. The opening series in the Stanley Cup Playoffs lived up to the hype and then some. Sunday night alone saw the team that just set the record for most wins in a regular season lose on home ice, in overtime nonetheless, and the defending Stanley Cup Champions lost to the youngest franchise in the league.

We are through three nights in the Stanley Cup Playoffs and there is no shortage of storylines. Frank and Jason went through every series and where things stand right now, but first they dug into what’s going on in Calgary. Playoff Races & the Karlsson Norris argument
The final week of the regular season is here and there is still a lot left undecided. Frank and Jason did eventually get into the playoff races, but they started off by talking about who’s in the driver seat in the race for Connor Bedard. Coming in last only gives a team a roughly 25% chance of landing the first overall pick, but there are a lot of fan bases hoping their favorite teams lose out this week and increase their chances of landing the Regina Pats forward.

It was a hectic weekend around the NHL with both conference's playoff races still not over yet. The Florida Panthers, Calgary Flames, and Nashville Predators are all on the outside looking in and haven’t exactly taken the bull by the horns over the last seven days. Tarasenko to the Rangers... what's next?
We are now just 21 days away from the NHL Trade Deadline and we’ve now seen our second massive trade of the season. That means Jason and Frank had a lot to discuss on today’s episode of The DFO Rundown.
They started things off by discussing the Vladimir Tarasenko trade. The Rangers are clearly loading up and this move makes them even more dangerous offensively. Frank thinks the trade was actually a big win for the St. Louis Blues though, who managed to get a first-round pick back in the move.
With both Tarasenko and Horvat now off the board, is the market going to pick up for Timo Meier? Jason thinks he might be the most impactful player who’s moved ahead of the deadline and shared some teams he thinks should be calling Sharks GM Mike Grier looking to swing something. Horvat will stay on Long Island & We Recap All-Star Weekend
Frank and Jason are back after a little All-Star weekend hiatus and they had a lot to breakdown, starting with the Bo Horvat extension on Long Island. Does this make the trade a clear win for Lou Lamiorello and the Islanders? Or did they just overpay for a player having a career year?

We are back together in-studio for episode 190 of The DFO Rundown. Frank Seravalli was in town for the big pond hockey tournament out at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge so he recapped how the weekend went. Tourism Jasper puts on a great tournament and the guys came back with some awesome stories.

What a dramatic weekend in the NHL. We watched Bruce Boudreau’s time in Vancouver come to an end in a very public way. Frank gave some insight into just how this situation got as toxic as they did. The guys are back with a fresh Friday edition of The DFO Rundown as they went around the NHL and dug into the biggest storylines from around the NHL. It’s early in the season, but plenty of great storylines are emerging. The Buffalo Sabres are surprising the league. The team is being driven by Rasmus Dahlin, who made history over the last week, and Eric Comrie's hot streak. There are some rookies who are playing well too. Former Maple Leaf Jay Rosehill on joining the media, playing in Toronto, and life in the NHL
Regular-season hockey has finally arrived in North America! After San Jose and Nashville started their seasons over the weekend in Europe, the rest of the NHL schedule gets going tonight with a doubleheader. Recapping day one of free agency!
Day one of free agency in the NHL started with a bang as we got a flurry of moves right when the official window opened up at noon eastern time. There were plenty of moves that we saw coming over the last few days but we also got a few absolute stunners. Nothing was a bigger surprise than Johnny Gaudreau choosing to sign with the Columbus Blue Jackets and that's where Jason and Frank started today on the show.

Free Agent week is here in the NHL and things are happening. The Toronto Maple Leafs acquired Matt Murray just minutes before we started recording today's podcast and that's exactly where Jason and Frank started the show. This is a big gamble for the Maple Leafs, who are desperate to build a roster that can go on a playoff run. That wasn't the only big piece of news that we got this evening as the Colorado Avalanche signed Valeri Nichuskin to a monster eight-year deal that carries a cap hit of $6.125 million. The Colorado Avalanche finally finished off the two-time defending Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning last night and won their first Stanley Cup since 2001. The last time they won it was Joe Sakic who Captained the team and got to raise the trophy first. This time around, it was Sakic who built the team. Well, the Battle of Alberta certainly lived up to the hype. Edmonton and Calgary battled it out for five games with each one being wildly entertaining with plenty of scoring, lots of lead changes, and some very memorable moments. We have wrapped up another wild weekend of playoff hockey! Jason and Frank broke it all down today on a fresh episode of The DFO Rundown! They started the podcast by talking about the fact that the Florida Panthers are staring down the barrel of a potential sweep at the hands of the Tampa Bay Lightning. The two-time defending Stanley Cup Champions are absolutely rolling right now and the Panthers just aren't even close to their level.

The news broke late into episode 127 of The DFO Rundown that Barry Trotz had been relieved of his head coaching duties by the New York Islanders. Frank Seravalli and Jason Gregor gave their raw thoughts on the decision.

Jason and Frank are here to bring you into the weekend with another hour of hockey talk on The DFO Rundown! They kicked off today's episode by looking back at a wild Thursday night in the NHL.
From there, they got into three teams that are facing issues between the pipes. The Leafs' problems aren't getting any better any time soon, the Golden Knights have sent Robin Lehner back to Vegas with a lower-body injury (Dr. Seravalli gave his diagnosis), and the Oilers might be running with Stuart Skinner and Mikko Koskinen.

A new episode of The DFO Rundown is here to take you into the work week! Jason and Frank started the show off by talking about the incredible weekend that Jason Robertson and the Stars had. They were a playoff bubble team just a week ago and now they'll have some big decisions to make at the deadline. Ep. 109: Talking goalies, the trade market, and Buy or Sell!
A new episode of The DFO Rundown is here to bring you into the weekend and it was a spicy one. Jason Gregor and Frank Seravalli dug into what was a spirited Thursday night in the NHL with Nathan MacKinnon and Brayden Point both getting into it. It's officially playoff race season around the league and they talked about the seeding in the NHL and how they think the NHL could potentially improve the playoffs.
From there, they talked about a pair of Canadian teams with goaltending problems and what they could do to solve them ahead of the deadline. They also talked about who will be the big buyers this year and why it may just be a buyers' market.
The other big news this week was that Kyle Davidson had the interim tag removed in Chicago and officially became the 10th GM in franchise history.

Ep. 108: Tanner Jeannot = Good Saskatchewan Boy
We got a very exciting interview to kick off the week on The DFO Rundown as we welcomed Nashville Predators rookie sensation Tanner Jeannot to the show. He's fresh off scoring in the Stadium Series last night and he talked about the experience of playing in an outdoor game, which is something he considered to be his Welcome to the NHL moment.
He also talked about his path from Oxbow, Saskatchewan to the NHL. He was never drafted and he had to grind to make it to the league and now he's on pace to set the Nashville Predators rookie goal-scoring record. He also talked about the influence of his parents, having them at the outdoor game, and becoming a father!

Ep. 107: Welcoming Matt Larkin to Daily Faceoff!
It was an exciting week at Daily Faceoff as we welcomed Matt Larkin to our team! He joined the show and took his "first shift" with the DFO team. We got to know Matt on a bit of a personal level. It's a holiday Monday edition of The DFO Rundown! Frank and Jason got things going by talking about the trade that happened over the weekend between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Arizona Coyotes. All Star recap, trade chatter and Rocky Wirtz
Today on the DFO Rundown, Frank Seravalli and Jason Gregor dug into all the stories around the NHL as the league returns from its All Star break. First on the agenda was what went down in Vegas over the weekend, both good and bad. Trevor Zegras stole the show with another highlight reel move in shootout challenge, but it was enough to beat the hometown favourite Alex Pietrangelo who missed the net. This week on The DFO Rundown, Frank and Jason were joined by one of the newest members of the San Jose Sharks: Andrew Cogliano. The Red Wings are certainly still rebuilding, but the focus now is on making the team better and Yzerman has a lot of cap space to make that happen. Even though today wasn't the craziest deadline in recent memory, there were still plenty of interesting stories for Frank and Gregor to get to. Ep. 15: A chat with coaching legend Ken Hitchcock & a look at the Central Division
Today on the DFO Rundown Podcast we were joined by coaching legend Ken Hitchcock! The always lively Hitchcock joined Frank and Jason to talk about what he's been up to this year, how he'd handle coaching in a pandemic season, and of course, his golf game. Before chatting with Hitch, they got into the Aaron Ekblad injury and also the intriguing playoff race in the Central Division! Also with Ken, they talked about his unique path to becoming an NHL Head Coach. He also reflected on his stint behind the bench with the Edmonton Oilers, how coaches have had to change their mindsets in recent years, and specifically, the Oiler's two superstar forwards. Of course, just because he's a future Hall of Famer doesn't mean he gets to skip out on our 'Rapid Fire' segment.

Get your Friday off to a good start with a brand new episode of The DFO Rundown with Frank Seravalli and Jason Gregor! Ep.13: Talkin' Toilets & Trade Deadline with Canes GM Don Waddell
Another episode of The DFO Rundown is here! Today on the pod, Jason and Frank were joined by Carolina Hurricanes General Manager Don Waddell! Frank describes him as the most interesting man in hockey and after listening to our chat, you'll know why. Don talked about his path to becoming an NHL GM, which included running his own business. Waddell is no stranger to making big trades and Gregor asked him about what goes into making a blockbuster deal. He also talked about the Hurricane's plans as they head closer to the trade deadline and what he could be looking to add before April 12th. Episode 12 of The DFO Rundown is here! Jason Gregor and Frank Seravalli are back with another episode full of trade rumours and talk about the upcoming deadline! The guys hit on almost every team in the league and almost every player available in today's 48 minute podcast! They got things started up in the North Division with some talk about Sam Bennett and the Calgary Flames before quickly touching on what the Oilers could be looking to do at the deadline. From there, they went south and touched on the Flyers, Canes, Panthers and more before digging into the sellers market and who could be ready to unload some assets. Another Friday means another fresh episode of The DFO Rundown with Frank Seravalli and Jason Gregor! As we do on Fridays, we spent 30 minutes on nothing but rumours, trade talk, and insider info!
First, the guys looked back at the last year with this being the one-year anniversary of when COVID-19 shut down sports in North America and Frank pondered an interesting question about fans in arenas. From there, they kicked off the hockey talk by looking into the struggling Dallas Stars and what they could do before deadline day. They also touched on the Ryan Getzlaf rumours before shifting gears and talking about the NHL's new TV Deal with ESPN.
They wrapped things up with a new edition of 'Buy or Sell' where Yaremchuk hit them with questions about the upcoming trade deadline, the Jake Debrusk rumours, Jordan Binnington's new deal, and the Oilers!

The Olympic gold medalist joined the show around the 25-minute mark and talked about her job with the Toronto Maple Leafs, how she balances that with her new career in the medical field, and also the current state of professional women's hockey.
Before the chat with Hayley, they took a look back at the weekend in hockey. Ep. 4: Hart Trophy talk & a chat with former NHLer Brantt Myhres about addiction, his career & his book
Today on The DFO Rundown, the guys started with some chatter about Gregor's life on the farm and Frank also told us about the injury he suffered while shoveling.
As far as hockey talk, the two chimed in on the current Hart Trophy race and if Auston Matthews belongs in the conversation. Could the Leafs star really score a goal a game this year? Frank had quite a strong opinion on it. Gregor also shared why he thinks Patrick Kane deserves more love in the MVP conversation.
Then, they welcomed in former NHLer Brantt Myhers, who has a book out titled 'Pain Killer'. Myhers talked about his battle with addiction, how if affected his career, his many trips to treatment centres, and how he wants to help give back and help others.

The red-hot Bruins, the struggling Canucks, and a chat with Paul Maurice
The first-ever episode of 'The DFO Rundown' with Frank Seravalli & Jason Gregor is live! Today, the guys started the show by talking about how they enjoyed Super Bowl Sunday before getting into some big stories from around the NHL.
Both Jason and Frank were very wrong about the Boston Bruins, who have just one regulation loss so far this season. The two talked about why they thought the Bruins would take a step back and what's allowed them to not miss a beat despite losing some key players in the offseason.
They also took a quick trip across Canada to touch on some hot topics in Vancouver, Edmonton, and Montreal before welcoming in their first-ever guest, Winnipeg Jets Head Coach Paul Maurice!
With Paul, they talked about the Jets' addition of Pierre-Luc Dubois, coaching during the pandemic, and how the Jets organization uses and values analytics. Maurice also touched on his relationship with Jim Rutherford and played a game of 'Rapidfire' with Frank!
