Content Creation and Appreciation of the Journey
When out walking recently I had the thought to do a talk about what its like being a content creator with a message to share, trying to stay true to your values and not getting sucking into the social media hype of follows, likes and subscriptions. This talk developed into an appreciation of the journey undertaken, not the journey ahead or the constant look to the future. In all of the media I create, although there will be some crossover, I do try to create original content for video, audio, written and images. Its the appreciation for even having the courage to create any content at all and put yourself 'out there'. Its also a talk about the importance of interaction from consumers of your content and how just one comment can inspire a creator you follow, to continue making more content when perhaps they might have felt disillusioned.

Holy F*ck & Sacred Water part 3, with Susanna Silverhøj & Ulrika Karlson
Susanna Silverhøj and Ulrika Karlsson, two of Scandinavia's most proficient women. Authors, feminine leadership coaches, years of holistic and transformational experience behind them. In the final part of this holy trinity of interviews, we discuss some of the previous themes in Holy F*ck and Sacred Water in more depth, such as the concept of the number 13 its associations with feminine power and its inversion to mean bad luck.

The Pineal gland (or third eye), its blockages, its activation and how that activation is associated with the concept of the Halo commonly depicted around saints and spiritual masters. We discuss once again the concept of sacred water looking at blood and the initiations of women through birth through menstruation and the menopause before ending in death. We look at how the moon and moon cycles affect and are linked to feminine menstruation cycles but also the wider impact on society through our own water.

We take a long look at the masculine and feminine energies how they both are needed for balance and the harm done when either is in the ascendancy. Within this discussion we also look at the concepts of the conscious and unconscious feminine and masculine. I also ask how we have went from the role of women embodied by Mary Magdalene and her influences on Yeshua (or Jesus) to becoming unequal and having to sacrifice themselves and their needs.

Finally I ask if their views have changed since the concept of this book in 2018 and publication with some of the world events that humanity has experienced since that time. As mentioned in the interview, there is so much content to this book that I still could not fit in everything that I wanted to ask. With Margaret Agard - Emails From The Mission Field
Returning guest Margaret Agard is a Christian Mystic who turned her life over to God and began to receive, and has lived by the prompts and advice from spirit ever since. She the president of the local Relief Society helping sick and infirm community members. She also the author of two current books, the In His Footsteps series.

I interviewed Margaret and discussed the missionary life she and partner Parker led that is detailed in her second book, Emails Form The Mission Field: Things I Leaned When Serving. In this we discuss her and Parker's decision to sell up their house and become missionaries, living in their 1987 Camino before eventually winding up in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Holy Fu*k And Sacred Water with Ulrika Karlsson
Returning guest Ulrika Karlsson discusses the book she co-authored with Tora Zophia Holy Fu*k And Sacred Water. Ulrika tells us about how the collaboration for the book came about and the process of writing the book (her part). She reveals a lot of the information in the book was divinely inspired, coming from the Akashic Record.

We discuss what a Holy Fu*k is and how it's found throughout nature and the universe, we talk about sacred sexuality and the real Holy Grail. Ulrika elaborates on some of the concepts within the book around water and its sacredness, both external water and the water inside our own bodies, its links to consciousness, the ancestral memories its holds and what exactly is pure water. We go through some of the very personal and taboo (in some cultures) experiences that she shares in her half of the book.

With Brenda Hersey
Brenda Hershey is an author, researcher, international humanitarian and the President & Founder of TRY (Trauma Recovery Yoga also known as Total Resilience Yoga) Global, an international non-profit organization using neuroscience and yoga to create healing worldwide. Currently residing in Iraqi-Kurdistan, Brenda's purpose is to help people (re)connect mind, body and spirit.
In this interview Brenda discusses the foundations of TRY in America, it's original inception in treating victims of PTSD and her involvement in it. Brenda discusses her foundation of TRY Global in 2021. Based in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, it has had massive success in helping women and children in refugee camps, who have suffered rape and displacement by ISIS and ongoing war.
She also relates her own tale of trauma of losing her father and sister (later on) receiving the news at a very inopportune time flying to South America on behalf of TRY and how the techniques she learned and teaches with TRY helped her deal with the trauma and grieving process. Brenda relates the techniques and aids that TRY uses when dealing with traumatized people and the unique approach they take with traumatized children.
She explains the challenges in adopting these techniques for different cultures and languages, as they have now expanded TRY to Iraqi Baghdad, Lebanon and now Ukraine. We talk briefly about TRY in the media, how the organization helped first responders in the aftermath of the 2017 Las Vegas shooting and expand upon that to talk about the benefits TRY can offer in helping general mental health, stress and anxiety that is a feature of modern lifestyles.
Finally we talk about TRY's YouTube channel and video's offering some of TRY's methods for free, a live demonstration in the interview and a discussion of her new book Your Time to Shine: A Personal Strategic Planning Workbook, a workbook to help build a lifestyle based in purpose.

Ukraine, Mushroom Clouds and Psychedelics a suggestion.
There is a lot of talk in the media and news of the threat of seeing mushroom clouds over our countries and states as a result of the launching of nuclear weapons. This suggests an escalation in the Ukrainian crisis that is so big that nuclear bombs would be launched at targeted cities causing loss of life on a massive scale and the devastation of cities and surrounding areas. A very grim prospect that would probably see retaliation in the same manner. I would like to suggest that this is in fact a fantastic idea, but instead of 'mushroom clouds', how about clouds of psilocybin mushrooms dropped upon each politician and head of state that is contributing to the ongoing crisis.

Our viewpoints and opinions are shaped by the media we consume and are allowed to consume. Interview with Ann Hince. EFT Practitioner & Creator of 'Insight'.
Ann had PTSD into her 30s, the result of two alcoholic parents. Raising two boys at the time she realised she needed help. The act of Forgiveness, a personal tale
This concerns an event that happened to me at the tail end of 2020. I was hijacked at my job and the stress and trauma that followed it, left and indelible mark upon me. Interview with Psychic Medium, Healer and former Head of Northern Ireland's SNU - Pat James
Pat James Is as stated a Psychic, Medium and Spiritual healer who also happens to be the former President, Healing Group Leader and Treasurer Of of the Northern Ireland Spiritualists National Union church (SNU). On top of that Pat is also a practiced Trance Medium and has practiced Automatic and Inspired Writing. In This interview, Pat talks about her life growing up in what was to become a sectarian torn and divided Northern Ireland, and how Spiritualism was practiced in this environment, and the hardships she endured throughout.

Attachments to earthly desires and how they distract us from our true nature
In our modern society we are conditioned to believe that wealth in all its aspects in our careers, in our love lives, in our houses, cars and boats equates to success. Our gadgets and clothing are prime examples also... But attachment's can also be of the mental kind too. Attachments to events, situations or relationships which have occurred in the past, situations yet to be determined. We forget to live presently..
Buddhist philosophy states that the root of all earthly suffering is attachments. So if we can divorce ourselves from earthly attachments can we live a more fruitful, happier life, free to concentrate on what truly matters....?

The Consciousness Of The Trees
This Podcast is based upon an experience I recently had when I decided to immerse myself within nature. As part of this, I walked through and beside a forest and talked to the trees. It was in the experience that I felt the Consciousness of trees come alive and speak to me after a fashion. It was a kind of telepathy based upon felling rather than words. The current spiritual changes in the world, where its all leading too and how to prepare for it.
Podcast 21. 21 symbolizing adulthood from childhood. the 21st century of the world also sees the Earth move into adulthood. This is a big episode not only in length, but in subject matter. The illusion of the passage of time In life and how nature provides solutions
An odd podcast that was recorded the previous night when I was trying to detox myself in nature. I ended up discussing the very thing I was trying to escape from. I talk about the seeming lack of time in our busy, fast-paced modern life full of distractions to the spiritual seeker and how social media can become a bane on our lives. This is an introduction, to the who, what and why of this podcast. A little bit of who I am, what this podcast intends to discuss and why I decided to start making podcasts. I am hoping that I will covey my message more swiftly and timely in this format.
