The day I recorded this episode, I’d woken up with all kinds of things working against me (low energy, bloated, irritable, headache, muscle aches, mucus, etc.). 

I realized early on that I had a choice. I could: 1) Feel sorry for myself, be a victim and cave to old, destructive behaviors… or 2) Redirect my thoughts and take baby steps toward accomplishing what needed to be accomplished.

I chose #2 and to my surprise, I actually made some great lemonade out of those lemons!

These days come and go for all of us. They are inevitable. 

In this episode I deliver the baby steps I took to conquer my shitty day!
