I have done so much work to heal my body! This episode is a high-level list of many of the different teachings, practices and modalities I’ve used to get where I am today: Off of dialysis and having cancelled a kidney transplant (which is unheard of)! It occurred to me that my listeners would greatly benefit from seeing the big picture at once, upfront… so it doesn’t seem like such a mystery. In future episodes, I will dig into the specifics of how each of these, and other things, work and how they can work for you too.
First and foremost, healing your body starts with healing your mind and your emotions! I can’t stress this enough. In some cases, emotional and trauma healing alone will completely heal your body. I created the Break Free From Stress & Anxiety course to lead others through many of the tools and techniques I used to heal that part of myself. Your body and intuition will guide you towards what is best for you. Trust it.
