It's important to get help if you or someone you know is going through a crisis or thinking about suicide. You're not alone. Learn about the resources available to you. For Canadian mental health support resources, check out Canada.ca

Long-time White Rock resident and broadcaster Wayne Cox conducts interviews with key members of Peach Arch Hospital Foundation as well as community leaders to learn about the innovative ways PAHF has involved the community with a goal of creating a culture of wellness throughout the White Rock/South Surrey area, keeping people out of the hospital and healthy at home.

An integral part of hundreds of thousands of communities worldwide are their hospitals.  The engine that drives those institutions are their foundations, without which, the wheels of progress would turn very slowly.  The first season of Power to Heal uncovers the ways the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation in White Rock, British Columbia connects with the community to stay ahead of health issues, challenge the norm and foster a spirit of innovation.
