Step 1: Asking Meaningful Questions To Discover Your Authentic Self

So many of us are lost, in one way or another. Part of what I do in my work as a Master Coach and Transformational Wellness expert is discuss identity, and how important it is for individuals to explore who they are. One of the most common questions I get is "How can I feel like me again?" and it’s a tough question to answer. That because when you've lost sight of who you really are, it can often feel impossible to find your way back. In this episode, I propose another question – which, when answered honestly - will serve as the foundation for finding your way back to your authentic self.
