- Make time to sit with yourself. And if you feel the heartache or the thirst of the heart, be with it. Stay with it. Feel it. Accept it. And be grateful because it is your heart calling your awareness to come back home to yourself, to life.
- Think of yourself as a creature made by nature and in nature. So try to align yourself as much as you can with nature.
- Be active. Play. Try things out. Always be doing something that you're new at and become good at it.
