Meet Sandy Chen
Born and raised in Taiwan, Sandy is currently a second-year MBA student at the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall and a very energetic girl who has passions in operations and marketing . Prior to MBA, she worked as an operation senior manager at a global trading firm in Taiwan for almost 9 years. And she was also a co-founder of a restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan. Since she needed some challenges in her life and wanted to make contributions to the global firms in the US, she decided to join the MBA program in the US. Three major reasons - 1)Many of her relatives and boyfriend live in CA 2) USC’s culture that everyone is willing to help each other 3) USC gave her a scholarship! - brought her into USC Marshall

At a young age, Jacob studied as a foreign exchange student in the US, understanding the challenges of being an international student. While studying at Ross, he has witnessed peers struggling in navigating MBA lives, motivating him to support and inspire others by creating the MBAsians Podcast.

Born and raised in South Korea, Jay worked as a business developer and sales manager at an international trading company. Jay experienced countless trials and errors from preparation towards his MBA to adapting himself into first-ever foreign country life, motivating him to make MBAsians. As an adventure enthusiast, Jay is still continuing his life journey through MBA.
