Ep 19_Michael Maher - Taylor Stitch and their industry Restitch
Play • 1 hr 12 min

On top of making some of the world’s best apparel, Taylor Stitch is asking questions about how they can protect wild, forever.

We warmly welcome the shift in creativity and execution, Michael and his team have taken with their offering at Taylor Stitch.

Labelling their work as being 'Responsibly built for the long haul'. Taylor stitch provides solutions to issues we face with the clothing industry such as: Why not fashion new clothes out of used clothes and recycled fibres? Why not address the growing number of consumers who are making purchasing decisions based on their desire to preserve and improve their own health and welfare, as well as that of their families and the environment? Why not offer consumers a chance to demonstrate their concern with the very clothes on their backs?

Michael and I leave no stone unturned and I appreciate his willingness to share his experiences and knowledge, so openly.

And Remember: It’s about protecting our places. No matter where you live, we only have one world to care for. So, wouldn't it be better to have 'Products That Wear in Not Out'?

We invite you to join us in paying respect to the people and other beings everywhere who keep the law of the land.

We acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional and rightful custodians of all the places where this podcast is created and listened to. And we pay our respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
