CCG Media presents High-Tech Sunday. On today’s episode of High-Tech Sunday, our hosts, Dr. Mark Vaughn and Lango Deen sit down with Information Systems Director of the CIO Office for General Dynamics Information Technology, Olie Burton, for a conversation on mastering the transition.

With 20+ years of Informaton Technology industry experience, Burton is currently responsible for Field Service and IT Service Management operations. Burton served ten years in the United States Air Force as a Military Training Instructor and uses ths experience to lead more than 120 employees and oversee a $15 million operating budget.

Olie is an active Board of Trustee member at Mt. Ennon Baptist Church and is a member of the NAACP. Burton’s professional relationships extend from Axelos, HDI, and IT Service Management Forum. Burton is also a recipient of the 2021 BEYA STEM Conference Dr. John Slaughter Legacy Award.
