Hi, I’m Jessa, and I am more than a mother and a wife, but I didn’t always see myself that way. After having my first child, I lost myself in caring for him and trying to keep up with the house and other things I decided I had to do. I was burned out, overwhelmed, and the laundry just never ended! The mom shame and guilt hit me hard!
I finally realized I had had enough of this negativity and feeling burned out all the time. I decided to make some changes. I found my voice and myself again, and I want to share these strategies with you.
