If you have not watched Ren Gill in his performance of "Hi Ren" you're in for a treat! It is the most captivating song, or shall I say masterpiece, I have ever heard. I get the chills each time! I went from being not at all interested in reaction videos, to a "Hi Ren" reaction video junkie! I've watched a few! It is so satisfying to se other peoples jaw drop to the floor. IF YOU ARE A HUMEN, this will give you the chills! And perhaps tears, anger and joy. Don’t kill yourself. All in life is temporary! Suicide is permanent and so is the pain over loosing you!
I know you feel like there is no hope! The feeling is temporary, even if it has been like this for a long time. There are so many examples of people who have lived wonderful lives surviving their own darkness and thoughts or even attempts at suicide. Your thoughts are fooling you. You are strong, you are loved. You are important and we need you! We need your voice and your experience. We need your help to save the world from learned safe hatred. You will get through this and learn to love yourself.
People can be so clumsy when they talk about suicide. It is not stupid - you are not stupid for having the thoughts. You are definitely not a coward for wanting to quit. Is a normal reaction to inhuman amounts of emotional or physical pain and not yet seing another way out of the living hell you are experiencing. They don't understand. But let's not punish the world for their lack of understanding. Stay. Help people understand how they can be a support for you and others. You are strong - it's not always like this! Depression is temporary! Although it feels like it's forever - it is not! What will be forever is the pain your loved ones will have over loosing you and the ongoing torment of their own thoughts that they maybe could have done something to save you - but they didn't know or know how! We need your help to see you and understand you and reach out to you. You must let us in. I know its really, really, really hard - but there is no shame in feeling this way. If someone would tell you that you are wrong, stupid or tries to "guilt" you out of it - first of all, that simply does not work! Secondly, that is a reaction coming from fear and a lack of knowledge and understanding! You are probably smarter than most, more courageous than most and are already so full of self imposed guilt and shame for being where you are. Talk with someone else. Talk to someone professional. You are worthy of life and we need you. Maybe you need a hand and a uplifting today and for some time to come, but I know that someone will need that from you in the future - when you are a survivor. A true hero - because there is no battle grater than the one we fight in our minds!
We need you. September is Suicide prevention awareness month. I don't know what more to say right now in this episode. Someone in our group of friends, father to a girl our daughter plays with, just hanged himself a week ago. We are sending all our love to the litte girl who s just 8 years old, her mother and all those who just lost a friend or piece of their heart.

In this episode I have taken my microphones with me in my camper van and parked in a forest on a hill. I have been out and about lately looking for mushrooms and learning about different edible species and here I am, reading to you about one of the mushrooms. In the beginning of this episode I talk gently with a normal voice and after a while I continue with whispers. After I am all done reading for you I make myself some soup!

Tiden flyr. Dagene går. Tenk at det er kommet til sommerens slutt allerede. Nå sitter jeg på mitt gamle kontorrom der hvor jeg bodde før og skriver innholdet til en ny episode. Jeg kan ikke forstå at det nesten har gått en hel måned siden sist.

Tørrfisk
Tørrfisk er i hovedsak tørket torsk. Den er best kjent som torsk som sløyes og flekkes (deles langs ryggbeinet) før den henges til tørk. Betegnelsen kan også brukes om andre tørkede fiskearter. Torsken (skreien) kommer inn til norskekysten i store mengder for å gyte i vårmånedene, og menneskene har høstet av denne ressursen i uminnelige tider.
Torsk er avledet av det norrøne ordet turskr/turfiskr, som betyr tørrfisk.
Torsken henges opp til tørk på stativ av bjørkestokker (hesje eller hjell). Dette har gitt opphav til utenlandske betegnelser på tørrfisken, som stockfish og stoccafisso. Gunstige vind- og temperaturforhold senker vannaktiviteten i fiskekjøttet slik at nedbrytingsorganismene ikke får gode nok levekår til å ødelegge fisken. Dermed blir fisken holdbar og kan lagres, fraktes og selges til kunder i fjern og nær. Tilbereding

Polen og Norge
Norge har et nært politisk, militært, økonomisk og kulturelt samarbeid med Polen.
President Andrzej Duda og Agata Kornhauser-Duda var på statsbesøk til Norge 23.–25. mai 2016. Dette var det tredje polske statsbesøket til Norge. Det første statsbesøket var av president Lech Wałęsa og Danuta Wałęsa i oktober 1995. President Aleksander Kwaśniewski og Jolanta Kwaśniewska var på statsbesøk i september 2003.
Som et resultat av at Polen er en del av EØS, har landet siden 2004 mottatt EØS-midler. Polen er den største mottaker av disse midlene. 20. desember 2017 undertegnet Polen og Norge omfattende samabeidsavtaler om EØS-midler for perioden 2014–2021, se nærmere omtale i artikkelen om Polens forbindelser med Norge.
Som i 2014 og 2015 var Polen i 2016 det viktigste eksportmarkedet for norsk sjømat. Polen er dessuten det største europeiske marked for norsk forsvarsmateriell. Cirka 300 selskaper i landet har større norske eierinteresser.

Les og lytt: På hyttetur
I dag skal jeg på hyttetur til en god venninne av meg, som jeg har kjent siden vi gikk på videregående skole. Dere vet oss nordmenn og hytteturer… det er godt innarbeidet i våre tradisjoner. Hytten vi skal til ligger på Hardangervidden, og den er moderne med strøm og vann. Som et vanlig hus, egentlig!
Vi har også en hytte. Den ligger på fjellet og ikke så langt unna Voss. Den har verken strøm eller do inne i huset, men vi får kaldt vann i springen rett fra brønnen vår. Om vinteren smelter vi snø for da er vannet fryst. Det er avslappende å være der for vi har ikke dekning på mobilen, ingen internett og vi legger oss når det blir mørkt. Det føles veldig naturlig.
