This is episode 19, where we are going to talk about we're going to talk about mindset habits, and Macros because they all work together.
Now, for those of you that don't know me,
I'm coach Michelle and I am a unique weight loss coach in that for 42 years, I was on the weight loss rollercoaster. I lost a hundred pounds, three times.
I was put on my very first diet at the age of nine, and it was a 900 calorie diet. I never want to go back there, but it was not until I was 42, where I actually hit my weight loss goal and maintained it for seven years.
Now, if you do the math, because you know, I was a math major in college. If you do the math that means I am 50 years old and I am still maintaining said 120 pound weight loss that took me about 18 months to achieve. So I am here to help you reach that weight loss goal and stay there.
My goal is not to help you do another diet, but to create a lifestyle of healthy living that allows you to maintain your weight loss. Let's talk about mindset habits, and Macros because it sounds cool.
No, because those three things work together and they are what have allowed me to reach my goal and stay there for as long as I have.
I have lost a hundred pounds in four months in my life and gained it back. And I've lost it in six months and gained it back in eight months.
So when I say it takes all three, this is the way I was able to do it. And this is the way I am coaching people to reach their goals and stay there.
