Often, we spend so much time trying to be perfect that we don't realize we're stressing ourselves out unnecessarily. Recently, I've experienced some events that have made me go back and rethink what it means to be perfect--it also made me question why I was putting so much emphasis on being perfect. I found myself being reminded that perfect doesn’t exist. So, I want to share with you today a few thoughts to ponder on as it relates to being [not] perfect--rethinking expectations for yourself and others in your life.
