Feeling your feelings when you're alcohol free
So many of us use alcohol to numb ourselves, we get overwhelmed, we're angry, sad, fearful, guilty or frustrated and a G and T makes all of these feelings so much better - doesn't it? Well, maybe not and what can we do instead? Listen in to find out.
