In a world where one can make purchases at the tap of a finger, retail sectors globally are constantly expanding to meet consumer demand. Early indications show that Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales went well for retailers and consumers alike, so we explore what some of these companies are doing to maintain customer satisfaction during this unprecedented time. Will there be a shift toward focusing in on  e-commerce going forward post-COVID? And is there a path ahead for brick-and-mortar retail? John San Marco, Vice President and Senior Research Analyst, joins us on Disruptive Forces to discuss some of the newest innovations in retail spaces today.
