Glory is a management consultant, author and international speaker who has worked with companies including Accenture, Ernst and Young, British-American Tobacco and the World Bank. She was the first African to serve on the Governing Board of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Glory has done a lot of work with Small and Medium enterprises (SMEs) and shares her insight on the process of taking a creative idea to actualization via the Creativity – Change Continuum. She also highlights how SMEs could weather the storm in their early years and end up thriving.
