Now is the time to purchase your home with payments lower than most rentals and we offer all our buyers a rebate which puts cash back in your pocket! Also, home prices are decreasing. This occurs naturally as the market slows and the summer ends. Home prices also may be going down to entice buyers to purchase a home more quickly. There are plenty of reasons to become a homeowner and this may just be a good opportunity for you to take advantage of.
What about purchasing a home for investment? Due to COVID impacts on the economy, there are homes that have fallen out of contract as the buyers’ funding falls through due to loss of a job.
