Homes under contract:
Homes go to closing:
Our market is still great! Inspite of the current pandemic and with interest rates are at an ALL-TIME LOW, now is the time to purchase your home! You may find that house payments lower than most rentals and we offer all our buyers a rebate which puts cash back in your pocket to spend on things you need most for your new home!
With the current pandemic situation and spending a lot of time in our homes, some of us are spending more time doing a deep clean. If you are looking for some ways to get your home to shine consider taking a look at your vents. Yes, your intake and outtake vents. They are most often forgot about but visitors to your home may notice. A little soapy water may be all you need to wipe down your vents. In some cases, older vents may need to be replaced due to stains or dents. Just unscrew and take the vent to Lowes or Home Depot and they can help you find the exact replacement.
Another simple trick to help your house shine is a little beeswax on the cabinets in your kitchen. I went to Amazon and found a great furniture polish that made my cabinets look amazing! It is called Mintiml 100% Natural Beeswax. A little dot went a long way, so you don’t have to use much at all. A quick note, I do recommend this product be stored in a cool place so it isn’t runny. Doing something as simple as polishing up your cabinets can really make a difference in the overall appearance of the room and help it to feel refreshed and vibrant!
