How to be Unhappy – Michael Kim (Part 2)
Play • 47 min

Today’s episode is Part 2 of my conversation with Michael Kim which started last week in episode 31.

We are continuing to talk about what kinds of situations lead to feelings of unhappiness and different ways of approaching them.

We can learn a lot about ourselves from our emotions including negative ones, like the feeling of unhappiness, if we pay attention to them and think about why we are feeling a certain way and what it is telling us about what we want.

In this episode, Michael talks about how some very unhappy moments led to some very happy memories of his life, and how a very painful experience taught him the importance of loving himself and being kind to himself.

I’m so excited to share with you I’m launching my very first group coaching program!  I’ve taken everything I’ve learned over the years and designed a powerful program to take people through an inspirational journey of transforming career and life using my LOVE framework.
