One of the quickest ways you can figure out who your client is? What you should price? And what features you should have in your service is, have a look at the top 5 complaints about your niche. What are people complaining about your competitors or about you? Oh, you people aren’t responsive enough, you don’t start on time, you don’t finish on time, you never keep your promises, it’s not a guarantee. What ever those complains are that you see from client reviews, from what your clients tell you is the reason why they hired you, because they like you. But what didn’t they like about the competitors or what are their objections when you sell? Or when you’re trying to sell some of your product to somebody, that will tell you what’s really important to them and how much they’ll pay for it. So, that’s a quick little formula to figure out where you should be.
