On this episode we are joined by Jennifer Richmond, vintage cocktail queen and host of the blog “Kitchy Cooking” to taste through a lineup of exclusively American single malt whiskies. Now we didn’t just stick to one region we went from New York all the way to the west coast, talking about what makes the single malt whiskies produced here unique all their own. Hint, it had a lot to do with grains you might typically find in beer, which makes sense because beer runs just as deep as the distilling culture in the United States. Jennifer also brought us some baked goods which prompted us to talk about food pairings with different spirits as well as interesting ways to incorporate alcohol into home recipes.
