It’s come around and wreaked havoc on the economy; it’s something no one could have expected or predicted. You can try to plan for the market going down but this is something completely different. If you don’t adapt and adapt fast, you’re probably going to have a tough time or you’re going to go out of business. Your company has to be agile enough and be used to change.  If you’re a company that’s been around doing the exact same thing for 25 years, you will have a much harder time adjusting than a company that is constantly pivoting and innovating.  — Erik J.
