Play • 47 min
On today’s episode, I sit down with Cheryl Ditzel, and we talk all things:

  • What is a neurogenic disease?
  • How the number of mental health cases have raised since the beginning of the pandemic
  • Why a simple “hello” could change someone’s mental state

Cheryl Ditzel RN, MSN, FNP-BC, APN is a Functional Medicine Provider specializing in mood fatigue, and gut relationship. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she spent 24 years in nursing with the last 7 years serving children and families in the outpatient setting as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. After experiencing 14 years in the acute care hospital population and serving as a Nurse Manager for a Neurovascular ICU, she discovered that her own wellness was suffering and the journey into Functional medicine was born. Guiding clients to unlock their own personal wellness to live a fully engaged and productive life of love and joy has become her mission.

“You think it’s your kryptonite but it’s your superpower and you just haven’t figured it out yet.”
