This weeks guest on Your Companion To Motherhood is Emma Svanberg, clinical psychologist better known as the Mumologist. Emma specialises perinatal mental health and helps mums and mums to be gain the knowledge and tools to manage stress in every day life.

She will be talking through the pressures and situations that can cause us anxiety, ways in which it could manifest for and how to teach your little ones about the emotions they will experience.

Emma also leads a short breathe focus practice giving you a small example of ways you can bring things back during stressful and testing times.
