I couldn't think of a more perfect time to release this episode with Tamu Thomas who I call The Queen of Joy. She is a joy seeker holistic & somatic coach and founder of Live Three Sixty.

Seeking out joy at times of adversity is VITAL for our mental health and building resilience. In this episode we go all the way there and back. We talk about what it was like being raised by activists, race hierarchies, over functioning and burning out, the power of managing and expressing BIG feelings and not being frightened by them, forgiveness, ancestry and the importance of going inwards and prioritising doing the inner work to allow for collective healing

And of course, joy. You can connect with Tamu over on instagram: @livethreesixty and find out more about her work here: https://www.livethreesixty.com and her monthly Every Day Joy membership here: https://www.livethreesixty.com/everyday-joy-membership
