Embodied Spirituality Pt. 2: Upper Chakras

This week, Jenn and Katrina are continuing their conversation started in last week's episode about embodied spirituality, which is addressing the way that our bodies are impacted by energy, how they hold wounding, and how that can manifest in our lives. In part 2, Jenn & Katrina are talking about the four upper main chakras (heart, throat, third eye, and crown), and what they look like when overactive and underactive. This episode is packed with practical information and tips for you to balance your own chakras! 1:40 - Jenn shares how blockages or wounding in the lower chakras are very common, and can cause overactivity in the upper chakras. 2:20 - Wounding or blockages in the lower chakras can lead to feelings of not wanting to be here, which leads to chasing feelings of bliss or oneness in spirituality. This channel is where we get our energy up from the root from the earth, and down from the cosmos through the crown, and these energies meet in the heart where they center us. It is our truth.
