Jess mentioned last week the book by Dr. Amy Shah, I’m so Effing Hungry. Well, this week she has tried out her Chai Latte Tea which made her happy and feel healthy since there’s no added junk to it.
Tracy, on the other hand is eating chocolate this week lol from Trader Joe’s (of course gifted to her by Jess), the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Bark. So delicious and satisfying.
