In this weeks episode I want to talk about procrastination because it comes up a lot for my clients it comes up a lot for my students and I think that it’s time to really dive deeper into what it is, what it isn't, and how to stop it. Most of us have this idea that we procrastinate because we are either lazy, unmotivated and/or bored. Some people justify procrastinating because the project or assignment we are working on at that time is just not that interesting or a particular part of our job is our lease favorites part so we procrastinate in starting it or finishing it. But procrastination is really happening or we start procrastinating because at the root of it we are stressed out.
