Self efficacy is defined as "the belief in one's capabilities to organize and execute the courses of action required to manage prospective situations" or, to put it more simply, your confidence in your ability to do hard things. In this episode, I discuss ways to improve confidence that work a little better (in my experience) than simply using positive affirmations. I also describe some ways to power up positive affirmations so that they are even more impactful.  Putting these tips into practice will help increase resilience and adversity to stress and lead to better lifestyle and outcomes!
