I’m here to remind you - recover is not linear. There will be ups and downs. But it’s how we perceive these ‘downs’ that can change our trajectory. Do we let it demoralise us and sink into victim mode? Or do we see it as an opportunity to learn and grow?
I also dive into releasing recover timelines, because I know many of us plan to be ‘healed’ by a certain time. That shit ain’t helping us though.
