For some, going vegan with a pre-existing poor relationship with food can be so healing. For others it can make things so much more extreme. A lot of it really comes down to the intentions behind your actions.

 

In this episode, I share how I initially went vegan because I'd accidentally been vegan for 4 weeks and felt on top of the world. We go into how my relationship to veganism changed over time as my intentions grew more appearance-focused. Plus I share where I'm at now with veganism and plant-based eating.
