Stress is something that builds up and we don't feel it. It accumulates in our body to the point in which we react and behave differently than we would have because we are so full of stress.

Don't let stress consume you. Recognize that you are full of stress and then start to unravel it. Start to take care of yourself and your emotions.

Stress is born out of thoughts, events, people, conversations, almost anything. You can not avoid it but you can not let it get the best of you.

Love yourself and the stress will be a smaller part of your life and have a smaller effect on your day.
