As I walk down the street, I see everyone so afraid of each other. Afraid of making eye contact. Afraid of catching Covid from someone. Afraid to admit to themselves that they have lost themselves and are crying inside.
Your happiness is a thought away. Your peace of mind is a thought away. Go for that same walk but breathe, forgive yourself for all the negative thinking that you are doing. Let that negative energy go and try to relax and feel the moment. Feel the air. Listen to the sounds. You are alive and in control of your life and outcomes.
Embrace your inner happiness. Let it overwhelm you. If you start to cry, that's okay. Your beginning to spend time with the inner you.
