Nandi is a UX Designer turned XD Researcher who has spent her career bringing digital products to market in various industries across business and tech. She is also the Founder + Lead UX Career Coach at UX HER, a career development organization empowering women of color in UX Design. Before the fancy titles, Nandi struggled to transition into her newfound career in UX and digital product design.
