Play • 25 min

Icey Jiang was a TEDx speaker, a venture capitalist, a former engineering student from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.  As a strategic thinker, she is a curious and creative individual with a passion for emerging technology. With an entrepreneurial spirit, an agile and forward-thinking by nature, and an appreciation for digital tools that resolve every day problems, she uses her spare time taking on a proactive role in community services and contributing to the technology startup ecosystem in Hong Kong. Last year, Icey was selected by Google as a Women Techmakers Scholar representing Hong Kong within Asia Pacific. She was also invited by the Australian government to foster STEM and entrepreneurship by women in APAC economies. She is currently actively engaged with her own startup community INNOGIRLS, and her mission is to empower more female youth to excel in innovation and entrepreneurship through design thinking. She likes “Learn the rules like a pro, break them like an artist.”
