When it comes to plant based meals, first thoughts are everything from “only health freaks eat plant based”, to “I’d love to but I don’t even know where to start”, to “isn’t that just vegetables and tofu?”. Plant based meals are much more than veggies and tofu, I promise! My guest today is Caitlin Havener and she refers to herself as “plant-preferred”. She’s not a vegetarian or anti-meat, but a lot of her recipes are plant based and contain protein sources other than meat.
