She founded Hong Kong’s first beach cleanup organization in 2000, which grew into the region's largest environmental event, The Cleanup Challenge, empowering more than 500,000 individuals from thousands of companies and schools to clean up millions of kilos of trash off some of the worlds’ most beautiful beaches. She also founded and ran a multimedia organization with several titles, and verticals across print, and digital - all of which serve to ignite human potential and help people live a more sustainable life, with a healthy mind, body, and soul. Lisa has been recognized as an ‘Earth Champion’, 'Eco Hero' 'Asia Expat of the Year', ‘The Spirit of Hong Kong’, and most recently had the great honor of being presented with the 2019 Medal of Honor from The Hong Kong Government. Frequently invited to speak and deliver keynotes at global conferences, Lisa has also done a TEDx talk, entitled Inspiring a Purposeful Life.
